Full Description
This is a great progressional ride for guests who have just a short time to explore but want to see some sites and experience the off-road scenery.
We leave from Blanding and make a great loop. We start out on great, bladed roads. This is an opportunity to get the feel of the side-by-side experience. Along this section we get to take in Brushy Overlook and celebrate the vastness of the region.
We also get to stop by the Over and Under archaeological site. This site is an amazing dwelling that is seperated by two stacked caves preserving amazing structures of the past.
The trail then takes a step up to a two track trail. This trail winds through cedar trees and teeters along washed out roads.
Our next site is one of breath taking wonder as we stand atop Comb Ridge serving up some amazing views and history.
We then jump into a trail another level up as the trail begins to escalate into some minor rocky obstacles. The trail then steps up again over a difficult washed out section and then some boulder fields and steep loose terrain. Along this section we get to appreciate a hidden archaeological grainery high in the cliff face.
The final site of this loop is a large archaeological site known as the Spirit Cave. Spirit Cave is a breath taking final site that makes the entire trip worth it -- all by itself.
